Steven Bayer

Steven Bayer brings decades of experience across Architecture and Access Consulting, working with a wide range of clients and project types.

He began his career in 1986 with Edmiston Jones in regional NSW, building a long standing professional relationship with mentor Mark Jones. In 2000, he became Director and remained in that role for 20 years, helping grow the practice while leading projects, working closely with clients and overseeing the financial management of the business. Steven has always taken a hands on approach, combining design thinking with practical delivery. His experience spans complex projects, long term client relationships and the day to day realities of getting buildings built well. Alongside his professional work, Steven has been actively involved in the community, contributing to business chambers and committees, and serving as Chairman of the Shoalhaven Professional Business Association.
