Steven Bayer

Steven Bayer has valuable experience and success in providing architectural and access consulting services to a variety of clients on a wide range of projects. Steven started his professional career in 1986 with Edmiston Jones in regional NSW as a university student. This began a 33 year association with friend and mentor Mark Jones, including a 12 month stint on the Gold Coast with Atelier Group.

In 2000, Steven was elevated to Director of Edmiston Jones, a role he fulfilled until 2020. Steven’s responsibilities were to work with clients, provide design excellence and manage complex projects, whilst also being responsible for the Financial Management of a firm that grew from 10 to 28 staff.

Serving the community has always been important to Steven, who has served on Business Chambers, Community committees and was Chairman of the Shoalhaven Professional Business Association for three years.

"I have worked with Steven Bayer on a number of commercial projects over a long period of time, including a prominent headland site where we developed a tavern and 61 serviced apartments. Steve was involved in the design of the projects and managed the documentation, including consultants and liaison with authorities where relevant.
